Success Coaching

As TU transitions from face-to-face classes to virtual classes, student success coaches can prepare students with the skills they need to succeed. Student success coaches can meet with students by Zoom or phone. Any student who feels they could benefit from a coaching session can email successcoaches@utulsa.edu. This email is monitored hourly from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, and the student will be scheduled with a professional coach for a 30-minute session. If a student already has a coach, they can simply email them.

Step 1: REQUIRED TOOLS

  1. Access to reliable internet service to use HARVEY (virtually attend class, submit assignments, and/or take exams)
  2. A computer or device where you have the rights to install software such as LockDown Browser (LDB). Where LDB is required, it can only be installed on a Windows (not S mode), Mac or iPad device. Note: it does not work with Chromebook, Linux or Android.
  3. A webcam and microphone or a mobile device (iphone, android, etc) that could be used for virtual classes/meetings

If you have any questions ask the instructor for specific software and/or hardware requirements
