Success Coaching

As TU transitions from face-to-face classes to virtual classes, student success coaches can prepare students with the skills they need to succeed. Student success coaches can meet with students by Zoom or phone. Any student who feels they could benefit from a coaching session can email This email is monitored hourly from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, and the student will be scheduled with a professional coach for a 30-minute session. If a student already has a coach, they can simply email them.


  1. Access to reliable internet service to use HARVEY (Blackboard Learn) to virtually attend class, submit assignments, and/or take exams.
  2. A computer or device with up-to-date internet browser and have rights to install software, such as a Windows, Mac or iPad device.
    Note: not a Chromebook, Linux or Android.
  3. A webcam and microphone that could be used for virtual classes/meetings.
